  • Yes! We are in-network with the following insurance providers:

    • Aetna

    • Anthem

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO

    • Cigna

    • Meritain Health

    • United Healthcare

    • UMR

If your plan is listed above, your sessions may be covered in full or in part, depending on your benefits. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage, co-pays, and any deductibles.

  • If we’re not in-network with your insurance, you may still have options! Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which can reimburse a portion of your therapy costs. We can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

We recommend checking with your insurance provider by asking:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

    • Do I need to meet a deductible first?

    • How do I submit a claim for reimbursement?

If you need help navigating this, we’re happy to guide you through the process!

  • Yes! Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your therapy services. If you’re uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, we’ll provide you with a written estimate of costs before you begin treatment. This helps ensure transparency so you know what to expect.

If you have any questions about pricing, payment options, or your estimate, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

  • We accept credit and debit cards in addition to HSA/FSA payments.

  • We’re committed to making quality mental health care accessible and affordable. Our rates vary based on services provided, and we’re happy to discuss them with you—just reach out! We also offer a sliding scale and lower self-pay rates for those who may need financial flexibility because finances shouldn’t be a barrier to getting the support you deserve. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a plan that fits your situation.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know you! We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’ve been facing. It’s a collaborative, judgment-free space where you can share as much (or as little) as you feel comfortable. We’ll also go over how therapy works, answer any questions you have, and start building a plan tailored to your needs. Most importantly, this session is about making sure you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you take this important step toward healing.

  • Feeling nervous about starting therapy is completely normal! Opening up to someone new can feel intimidating, but you’re not alone in this—and there’s no right or wrong way to begin. Our sessions are a judgment-free, supportive space where you can go at your own pace. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—we’ll guide you through the process and meet you where you are. Taking this step is already a sign of strength, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

  • If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or just not like yourself, therapy can be a powerful tool to help you navigate life’s challenges. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or a crisis to benefit—therapy is for anyone looking to gain support, develop coping skills, or simply better understand themselves. If you’re unsure, that’s okay! The best way to find out is to give it a try. In our sessions, we’ll work together to see if therapy feels like a good fit for you and your goals. No pressure—just support, growth, and a space where you can be yourself.

  • Currently, we offer virtual therapy sessions, providing flexibility and convenience so you can receive support from the comfort of your home.

We are planning to expand in the near future to offer in-person treatment! Stay tuned for updates—big things are coming! In the meantime, you can still expect the same level of care and personalized support during virtual sessions.

  • Booking an appointment is quick and easy! Potential clients can simply complete the Request a Consultation form or reach out via the Contact tab on our website. Once a request is submitted, we will respond within 24-48 hours to help schedule your session and answer any questions you may have. Consultations are always free of charge!

  • ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is the gold standard for treating OCD and anxiety. It helps you face your fears in a structured, supportive way while resisting compulsions or avoidance behaviors. Over time, this approach builds confidence and reduces anxiety’s control over your life. Treatment is a collaborative process, where we work alongside you, tailoring strategies and empowering you to make lasting changes.

  • No, we do not prescribe medication, but we can work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, or other medical professionals if medication is something you’d like to explore. Therapy can be highly effective on its own, but for some individuals, a combination of therapy and medication provides the best results. If you’re interested in medication, we can discuss options and provide referrals to trusted prescribers.

  • We offer both 45-minute and 60-minute sessions, each billed at different rates. Clients can choose the session length that works best for their schedule and needs. While both options are available, most clients typically prefer the 60-minute sessions for a more in-depth experience.

  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a late cancellation fee. This helps us offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We always appreciate the consideration and flexibility!

  • Absolutely! You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin therapy. Many people come to therapy because they’re struggling with stress, intrusive thoughts, relationship challenges, or general feelings of anxiety, worry, or being "stuck"—not necessarily because they have a specific diagnosis. Therapy is a space to explore what’s going on and work toward positive change, whether or not you meet the criteria for a particular condition. If a diagnosis becomes relevant, we can discuss that together in a way that best supports your needs.

  • If you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, excessive worry, or overwhelming fear, you may have OCD or an anxiety disorder. However, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek therapy. During our work together, we can explore your experiences, identify patterns, and determine the best treatment approach for you. If appropriate, we can also work toward a formal diagnosis to better understand your symptoms and guide your treatment plan.

  • Yes. If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, you are not alone, and you deserve support. Having suicidal thoughts does not automatically mean you can’t receive therapy with us. Many people experience these thoughts, especially when dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, or overwhelming stress.

Our goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what you're feeling. We work with individuals who experience suicidality and can help you develop coping strategies, build hope, and work toward healing. If suicidal thoughts are disclosed, we will work together to develop a personalized safety plan—a structured plan that includes coping strategies, support resources, and steps to keep you safe during difficult moments.

However, if you are in immediate danger, experiencing active suicidal intent, or feel you cannot stay safe, we encourage you to reach out for emergency support:

    • Call or text 988 – National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7)

    • Go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 if you are at risk of harming yourself

If you’re unsure whether our practice is the right fit, reach out! We’re happy to talk through your needs and make sure you get the right level of care. Your life matters, and support is available.
